In 1987 we opened “Reliable Pools” in the Farmers Market Plaza on Rubber Ave. By 1990 we outgrew the location and began looking for a more significant site, and we found a perfect spot to serve our needs in the Salem Square route 63. In 1991 our sales consisted of pools, pool supplies/chemicals, spa supplies/chemicals & billiard supplies as well as billiard tables & dart supplies. In 1995 we were selling hot tubs, called Millennium Hot Tubs and they were manufactured in the lower area (basement) of the Salem Square. In 2005 we again needed a more substantial space because of our growth in service, chemicals, hot tubs sales. At that time, we moved to 600 Prospect Street still in Naugatuck with the prospect of getting more extensive in the hot tubs and pool supplies. We then acquired the Jacuzzi franchise, allowing us the best brand of hot tubs on the market, being the founder of the hot tubs.

Today, we are proud to be offering the Hot Springs product line of hot tubs exclusively. In 2006 we added a 4000 square feet showroom and storage area to serve our customers better. Today we value all those who still patronize us and thank them for our growth! Upon entering the showroom, you will notice the focus of quality and value-driven pool and, spa products and supplies. We are recognized as the company with knowledge and background to provide quality service and expert installation. Partnerships developed with manufacturers over the years offer another value to our customers. We look ahead to the future for new technology and products. Our passion shows.
